We have two locations to service you. The first being in Warren, Ohio. We are some­times referred to as, halfway between Pittsburgh and Cleveland. Our second location is in beautiful, historical Geauga County. (Amish Country) Located in the heart of Middlefield, Ohio. Here is where our largest showroom is.

Perfect Occasion Costumes & Magic Emporium carries a full line of magical supplies, make-up, balloons, wigs, costume rentals, hats, face painting supplies, practical jokes, gags, novelty items, and much more. 90% of our costumes are one of a kind, originals of Debra Warren (A.K.A. Spitunia the clown) and her mother, Eleanor Warren. We carry many items of the highest quality, from the leading manufactures in the U.S.A.

Our loyalty is to our customers. As our friends, you are very important to us. We will be glad to replace any manufactured, defective merchandise. Our return policy prohibits you from returning anything without authorization. Please call (440) 632-1147 for authorization on any returns.

We do not sell these types of effects to anyone under the age of 18, knowingly. Parents, you are responsible for what your child is purchasing. Once an effect leaves our building, we have no control over how it is used. We accept no liability on the products use or misuse.
